14-Day Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to change your mind and return an item for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

Items must be in the original, undamaged packaging.

Animal health products (vaccines, medicines) and perishable goods are exempt from returns for safety and regulatory reasons.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or is found to be faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a collection and provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
How to Start a Return

Upon inspection, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Note: Unless the item is faulty, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.
